I had the Security Settings set up as described in the answer already, however, it doesn't work for me. Do you have any other ideas on how to fix it?

I have user logged in through MAC OS and connecting VDI through Citrix application, he couldn't share the screen and its showing black tray when Teams is optimized.
After changing registry to unoptimize it starts working.
This issue started since feb 2022, is this an expected behavior for MAC users. Pls advise.

This got resolved after User enabled Screen recording from system Preference--> security & Privacy.
He had to allow Microsoft teams app for screen recording from his MAC book
Wonderful solution given by DuYonglong-0486. After 6 month searching, this has been the solution
Users configure this preference in Apple menu > System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Screen recording and select Citrix Viewer.
