Reset MFA for my directory

I lost my phone with MFA / 2FA for my directory / tenant-id.
Unable to logon
Whom do I reach out to to get it reset?

When it comes to resetting MFA for your directory, can you answer some of the questions below so I can gain a better understanding of your issue?

Since you aren't an Admin, do you have any Admins that can Require you to Re-register for MFA?

Do you have any other authentication methods listed for your user (i.e. Phone, Email, etc.)?

Are there other users within your Azure Active Directory Tenant?

When it comes to MFA, since you lost your phone, are you required to perform MFA with the Authenticator app or are you using a 3rd party app?

Any additional information or screenshots of your issue would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately NO for all the questions you posted.
Looks like MS-Support came through. It seems there is a process that was started an hour ago to get it reset. Will have to see how that pans out

If you're assigned the Administrator role, follow the steps
