Hi All,

I am running the below configuration:

  • Hybrid OnPremise AD DS and Azure AD Premium P2, synced using the Azure AD Connect v1.x
  • Hybrid Exchange Server 2016 - ExchangeOnline.

Using this method https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/create-and-use-a-template-to-add-users?view=o365-worldwide

How can I allow the Azure AD portal or M365 portal to know and recognize the OnPremise AD account template?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

Can you provide what is the Onpremise AD Template you are using? If you are looking to replicate that Template to Azure, directly it is not possible you will have to manually create in the Portal as per the link.

However there are third party software and tools you can use such as Quest Active Roles that assist but that is a Licensed product.
