The notifications a user receives for a pending device restart can vary depending on the Computer restart client settings and which version of Configuration Manager you use. The following reference will help:
Software center restart
This notification has been up all day. I work from from home and my shift ends after this deadline. I restart my computer during my lunch break and it didn't finish so it looks like it's going to restart on me mid shift. Please say there's a way to postpone that a couple hours so I can finish my shift before this cuts me off. This is obnoxious.

2022-07-13T14:40:20.05+00:00 Hi there,
The number of times the user can snooze reboot notification populated from Software Center depends on the "Computer Restart" client setting. We may calculate the limitation on the number of times a user can snooze through "amount of time after the deadline", "final countdown notification" and "frequency of restart reminder notification".
The below thread discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue. Software Center Reboot Notification

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to help you out.

2022-07-14T06:10:02.993+00:00 Hi,
Agree with SSengupta and LimitlessTechnology, all depends of the Computer Restart client settings. Please check if there is snooze tab in our software center page, if there is, we could postpone the notification after our shift time.
If not, please post your screenshot to check it.
Have a nice day.
