We have created a Windows10 Pro Kiosk and configured Edge to open in Private browser mode. Is there a way to modify the taskbar settings to disable the users ability to right click on the taskbar icon and launch a new instance of edge or t the very least make sure that if another instance is opened it is also launched in private browser mode?

As far as I know, there is no way to disable opening applications from the taskbar right-click menu. So using kiosk mode already mentioned seems to be the only option.

You may set the Microsoft Edge to open in Kiosk as full screen and hide the start menu and taskbar and user only have access to the Microsoft Edge.
