Problem/Symptom:
Failed to connect with error after changing SQL Server port from dynamic to static 1433.
Solution/Workaround:
Step 1
Change SQL Ports in SQL Server configuration Manager from Dynamic to Static 1433
Step 2
Run Microsoft Configuration Manager wizard and in SQL Setup related change port with ServerFQDN,1433 whatever dynamic port there is. Click on Next and wait for the setup to finish successfully
