A class representing a collection of BillingSubscriptionAliasResource and their operations. Each BillingSubscriptionAliasResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of TenantResource. To get a BillingSubscriptionAliasCollection instance call the GetBillingSubscriptionAliases method from an instance of TenantResource.
