A class representing a collection of InstanceFailoverGroupResource and their operations. Each InstanceFailoverGroupResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get an InstanceFailoverGroupCollection instance call the GetInstanceFailoverGroups method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
