A class representing a collection of SqlTimeZoneResource and their operations. Each SqlTimeZoneResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SubscriptionResource. To get a SqlTimeZoneCollection instance call the GetSqlTimeZones method from an instance of SubscriptionResource.
