A class representing a collection of WorkloadGroupResource and their operations. Each WorkloadGroupResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SqlDatabaseResource. To get a WorkloadGroupCollection instance call the GetWorkloadGroups method from an instance of SqlDatabaseResource.
