A class representing a collection of StandbyVirtualMachinePoolResource and their operations. Each StandbyVirtualMachinePoolResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a StandbyVirtualMachinePoolCollection instance call the GetStandbyVirtualMachinePools method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
