Stops all protocol listener channels.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters
- protocolId

The protocol ID of the listener channel to stop.
- immediate
- Boolean
true
to notify the process protocol manager to stop all listener channels synchronously; false
to stop all listener channels asynchronously.
