Remarks
The Request, Response, Session, and Application properties are not available for use when the Dispose method executes.
The Dispose method calls the Dispose method on each of the registered HttpModules in the application instance and raises the Disposed event.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding Dispose() in a derived class, make sure to call the base class's Dispose() method so that registered delegates receive the event.
