Mouse events occur in the following order:

1.OnMouseEnter

2.OnMouseMove

3.OnMouseHover/ OnMouseDown or OnMouseWheel

4.OnMouseUp

5.OnMouseLeave

OnMouseEnter occurs when the mouse pointer enters the WorkflowView.

OnMouseDown occurs when the mouse pointer is over the WorkflowView and a mouse button is pressed.
