Comentarios

Esta propiedad devolverá una cadena vacía ("") si no se ha establecido el valor de la propiedad. El valor solo debe establecerse si el valor de la Use propiedad es Encoded. De lo contrario, se omitirá el valor de la propiedad, lo que dará lugar a un comportamiento inesperado por parte del servicio web XML.
