Unable to add custom domain to Static Web App

Hello,

I'm having trouble adding the custom domain <link removed> to my Azure Static Web App. I’m getting the following error:

"Could not add custom domain. Please ensure the custom domain is not linked to another app or that a previous implementation is not still being cleaned up."

I have correctly set the CNAME record as instructed (www → wonderful-forest-0e46dd003.6.azurestaticapps.net), but the validation keeps failing and I’m unable to add the domain.

This domain was previously added to another one of our Azure Static Web Apps, which we no longer need. We would now like to release the domain from that previous app and use it for this new one.

The problem is that the original app was under a different tenant (Tenant ID: 2eab9bd7-b699-4284-82f0-1c7781deaee0), which we no longer have access to. That tenant has undergone a transition from an external to a member configuration, and we are unable to sign in or manage resources in that old tenant anymore.

Could you please help us:

Remove any domain association still linked to the old tenant or app.

Free up the domain so we can assign it to our current Static Web App.

Ahoj Karle,

zavolej na podporu, od toho je. Pripadne jim napis na chatu, vysvetli problem a vyzadej si callback - to je asi nejefektivnejsi.

Zde jsi na komunitnim foru, jsme uzivatele jako ty, nemame pristup k tvym udajum.
