Issue with Windows 11, Start menu doesn't work

Question

Hello everyone,

We have a problem with latest update 22h2 with only windows 11. windows 10 work fine.

when we want click on start or search, nothing happens (only color change). We cant search in windows explorer too. this is a very serious error, we can't search for any application.

this error always occurs when the user updates on to 22h2 version. We don't have a case where it works fine.

We tried restart windows explorer, StartMenuExperienceHost, backgroundTaskHost with task manager, restart computer, find new updates for repair, we used DISM, SFC, nothing works.

only after rollback to 21h2 it works correctly.

Can you help me please, any correction or something? thank you.

Zdravim pan Prágl,

Pouzivame Symantec endpoint protection. A nemyslim, ze by to robilo problem kedze na inych verziach to funguje. Po vypnuti antiviraku, sa to javi rovnako. To iste po jeho odinstalovani.

I can try rebuild Start menu, but it's not a global solution, we can only wait for new KB for repair or something? i didnt see this in list of known issues.

This problem is global, not only our company, we have contact with other companies and same problem.
