Addison-Wesley has asked me to mention:

Barnes & Noble liked the idea of promoting my books so much last time that they've decided to do it again.  For those who don't already have all three of my SQL Server books, B&N is running another 40% discount promotion.  This time the deal runs from 8/21 to 10/1.  Contact your local B&N for more info or go to their web site.

    It's going to be awhile. None of the existing books came out at the same time their respective target SS releases shipped, and their second editions will be no different. I need time to finish my research before I can write books about this new release.
