Macworld Expo 2010 session: Administering Macs in Exchange 2007/2003

I'm giving a talk at Macworld 2010: Administrating Macs in Exchange 2007/2003. This session will cover best practices for Entourage in an Exchange environment, and include tips and how-tos for Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007. This will include troubleshooting, and tips for how to best set up Outlook Web Access (OWA) for Mac users.

Since Macworld is still a couple of months off (but getting closer! eep!), I'm still working on content for the presentation. If you think that there's something that I absolutely must cover in this session, say so!

Do you only release software on Tuesdays?  On Messenger for Mac, should we check only 3 more times this month, or could it be released on a Wednesday or Thursday or etc.?

Do you have any ideas on what to do when the Office 2008 for Mac 12.0.1 Update hangs on “Examining additional volumes…"?  One of my user's Entourage is crashing like the stock market (surprise, surprise) but I can't install the update to see if that fixes it.

I'm not sure why 12.0.1 would hang, but I'm also not sure why you'd install it.  You should install SP1 (12.1), then SP2 (12.2), and finally 12.2.3.  Reboot between installations; sometimes temp files aren't cleared out properly, which will block the next update.
