Property Value

language, country (if any) and variant (if any) used by the client stored in a Locale instance, or null on error.

Returns a Locale instance describing the language currently being used as the default Text-to-speech language.

The locale object returned by this method is NOT a valid one. It has identical form to the one in #getLanguage(). Please refer to #getLanguage() for more information.

This member is deprecated. As of API level 21, use getDefaultVoice().getLocale() (#getDefaultVoice())
