A class representing a collection of MonitoringTagRuleResource and their operations. Each MonitoringTagRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ElasticMonitorResource. To get a MonitoringTagRuleCollection instance call the GetMonitoringTagRules method from an instance of ElasticMonitorResource.
