Removes a range of characters from the node.

Parameters
- offset
- Int32
The position within the string to start deleting.
- count
- Int32
The number of characters to delete.
Remarks
This method raises the XmlNodeChangedAction.Change event.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding DeleteData
in a derived class, in order for events to be raised correctly, you must either raise the event yourself or call the base version of this method.
