Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When editing filters for an account grid, the Narrator and NVDA screen readers announced the name of the selected value field twice.
  • In the Sales Hub, when zoom was set to 200%, a portion of the "Print quote for customer" option was not visible in the "Export to PDF" dialog box.
  • When modifying personalization settings for Emails in the Dynamics 365 app, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the "Select whether other users can send email for you" checkbox label.
  • When using arrows keys to scroll down the options within the duration control drop-down with the appointment menu, keyboard focus did not move to the options beyond the visible drop-down window.

Unified Interface

  • When selecting any entity configured for the Unified Client Interface App, the buttons within the command bar did not load in the Dynamics 365 mobile application.*
  • Text could not be added to a note/image/video/audio/attachment in Timeline of the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile.*
  • The screen reader announced the "Close Button" icon as the "Cancel Button" in the Edit Filter section of an account entity.
  • When creating new operation hours for a chat channel widget in a workstream, there was no redirection to the operation hours dialog and the confirmation pop up appeared behind the chat widget dialog box.
  • In the Customer Service workspace, when resolving a case within the My Active Cases grid, the case remained in the grid as am active case with a resolved status reason.

  • An error occurred when creating an account record in the Sales Hub.
  • An error occurred when creating a new workstream in the Customer Service admin center.

  • An error occurred in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys when saving a case after editing the timeline.*
