Podle časového intervalu. Interval musí být násobek 15 minut a nesmí být nulový. Hodnota by měla být ve formátu ISO 8601 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601#Durations). Tento kód lze použít k převodu TimeSpan na platný řetězec intervalu: XmlConvert.ToString(new TimeSpan(hours, minutes, seconds)).
