System DLL 'dll' could not be loaded (Error 298)

A .dll file provided by the operating system; for example, DDEML.DLL, VERSION.DLL, or WINSPOOL.DRV couldn't be found. This error has the following causes and solutions:

• The file isn't on the proper path. Ensure the DLL is on the Windows System path.

• The DLL is corrupted or was deleted. Reload the DLL.

• There isn't enough memory or swap space. Try to free up some memory by closing other applications.
