The client creates an RPC binding handle to the server RPC method endpoint when an RPC method is called. For more information on binding handles, see [C706]. The client MAY create a separate binding handle for each method invocation, or it MAY reuse a binding handle for multiple invocations. The client MUST create an authenticated RPC binding handle.<136>
