Remove-IPBlockListEntry
This cmdlet is available or effective only on Edge Transport servers in on-premises Exchange.
Use the Remove-IPBlockListEntry cmdlet to remove IP block list entries that are used by the Connection Filtering agent on Edge Transport servers.

Description
On Edge Transport servers, you need to be a member of the local Administrators group to run this cmdlet.
Examples
Example 1
Get-IPBlockListEntry | Where {$_.IPRange -eq '192.168.0.100'} | Remove-IPBlockListEntry
This example removes the IP address 192.168.0.100 from the IP Block list.
Example 2
Get-IPBlockListEntry | Where {$_.IPRange -eq '192.168.0.0/24'} | Remove-IPBlockListEntry
This example removes the IP address range 192.168.0.0/24 from the IP Block list.
Parameters
-Confirm
The Confirm switch specifies whether to show or hide the confirmation prompt. How this switch affects the cmdlet depends on if the cmdlet requires confirmation before proceeding.
- Destructive cmdlets (for example, Remove-* cmdlets) have a built-in pause that forces you to acknowledge the command before proceeding. For these cmdlets, you can skip the confirmation prompt by using this exact syntax:
-Confirm:$false
. - Most other cmdlets (for example, New-* and Set-* cmdlets) don't have a built-in pause. For these cmdlets, specifying the Confirm switch without a value introduces a pause that forces you acknowledge the command before proceeding.

-Identity
The Identity parameter specifies the integer value of the IP Block list entry that you want to remove. When you add an entry to the IP Block list, the Identity value is automatically assigned. To find the Identity value of an IP Block list entry, use the Get-IPBlockListEntry cmdlet.

-Server
The Server parameter specifies the Exchange server where you want to run this command. You can use any value that uniquely identifies the server. For example:
- Name
- FQDN
- Distinguished name (DN)
- Exchange Legacy DN
If you don't use this parameter, the command is run on the local server.
You can't use this command to configure other Edge Transport servers remotely.

-WhatIf
The WhatIf switch simulates the actions of the command. You can use this switch to view the changes that would occur without actually applying those changes. You don't need to specify a value with this switch.
