Code Field, Standard Text Table
Specifies a code to identify the standard text.
After you set up a code for each text, you can enter a question mark followed by the code in a text field, for example in the Description field on an invoice. You can also enter the code in the No. field on a line where the Type field is Blank. When you then press ENTER, the entire text will appear in the text field.
You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters. Use codes that are easy to remember and describe the text. For example, the text Travel Expenses can have the code:
TE
The code must be unique - you cannot have the same code twice in one table. You can set up as many codes as you like.
