Default Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Header Table

Contains the default response time in hours for the service item lines in the service order.

The program copies the time from the Default Response Time (Hours) field in the Service Mgt. Setup table if the Contract No. field on the service header is blank. Otherwise, the program copies the contents of this field from the Response Time (Hours) field for the corresponding service contract.
