Ending Date Field, Assembly Header Table
Specifies the date on which the assembly order is expected to finish. This is the date on which all assembly items are output.
The value is calculated as follows:
ending date = starting date + lead time calculation
Additional Information
The Ending Date field is related to the Due Date field on the assembly order header as follows:
ending date + safety lead time + warehouse handling time = due date
If the assembly order is linked to a sales order, then the field is automatically filled according to the Shipment Date field on the sales order line, through the assembly order Due Date field.
Warning
The date in the Ending Date field must not be later than the date in the Posting Date field.
This field and the Due Date field are updated when you change the Starting Date field.
Note
The Due Date field is not updated if the assembly order is linked to a sales order.
