Ship-to Name 2 Field, Service Header Table

Contains an alternative description or an additional part of the name of the customer whom you will ship the service on the document. The field is used, for example, if the customer has too long a company name to be enclosed in one field.

The program automatically retrieves the ship-to name from the Customer table when you fill in the Customer No. field, or from the Ship-to Address table, if you have entered something in the Ship-to Code field.

You can change the name by entering a different one in the field. Another way to change the name is to enter the ship-to code that stands for the ship-to address you want. If you change the ship-to code, the program will automatically change the contents of the ship-to name field.
