Report Properties Dialog Box (Report Builder 1.0)
Assign properties to this report that affect how users can interact with the report. To open the Report Properties dialog box, click Report Properties on the Report menu.
User Sorting
- Allow users to sort report data.
Allow users viewing the report to sort the data within the report. By default, this option is selected.
Drillthrough
Allow users to drillthrough to this report from other reports.
Allow other reports to drill to this report. By default, this option is selected.Selecting this option enables the drillthrough context report parameter. To allow users to drill to this report, you need to associate this report with an entity in the data source using SQL Server Management Studio.
Fixed Headers
- Make report headings always visible.
Lock headers so that they are always visible when the user scrolls through the report data. By default, this option is selected.
Drilldown
- Allow users to expand and collapse groups when viewing a matrix report.
Display column and row groups in a collapsed state. Users can view the data in each group by clicking the plus sign (+) beside the group name. By default, this option is selected.
Server Totals
- Use server totals only in creating this report.
Select to display aggregate data to users who do not have permission to view the fields that comprise the total.
