Radial Scale Range Properties Dialog Box, General

Select General on the Radial Range Properties dialog box to set properties relating to a range that is placed on a radial scale.

Options

  • Start range at scale value
    Type a value or expression that represents the start point of a range displayed on an individual gauge.

  • End range at scale value
    Type a value or expression that represents the end point of a range displayed on an individual gauge.

  • Placement relative to the scale
    Select the placement of the range values relative to the scale:

    • Inside   Display the range inside the scale on a gauge.

    • Outside   Display the range outside the scale on a gauge.

    • Cross   Display the range so that it crosses the scale.

  • Distance from scale
    Type a value or expression that represents the distance of the range label from the scale, measured as a percentage of gauge width or height, whichever one is greater.

  • Start width
    Type a value or expression that represents the width at the starting point of the range, measured as a percentage of the scale radius.

  • End width
    Type a value or expression that represents the width of the range at the ending point, measured as a percentage of the scale radius. This value does not have to be equal to the width of the range at its starting point.
