International Considerations for Replication
The following international considerations apply to replication:
Replication moves data in Unicode format regardless of the collation and code pages used on the Publisher and Subscribers. You must choose a compatible collation and code page for all computers in a replication topology. Compatible collations and code pages are those that include the same code points (characters).
Replication does not include multilanguage support for statistics in agent log files.
