PBM_SETSTATE message
Sets the state of the progress bar.
Parameters

State of the progress bar that is being set. One of the following values.
Value Meaning - PBST_NORMAL
In progress. - PBST_ERROR
Error. - PBST_PAUSED
Paused. -
lParam
- Must be zero.
Return value
Returns the previous state.
