Since your account shows that you still have several TB of free space available, this usually happens when OneDrive’s local cache or account synchronization becomes corrupted, and OneDrive incorrectly reports that there is not enough cloud storage.
Please right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar > Settings > Account >Unlink this PC > Restart your computer >Then sign back into OneDrive with the same Microsoft account.
If the issue still persists press Windows + R > Copy and paste the following command and hit enter:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset
Wait about 2 minutes. If OneDrive does not reopen automatically, press Windows + R again and run:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe
This process does not delete your cloud files. It only rebuilds the local OneDrive sync configuration.
