Remarks

This operation can be used on a base solution when there is a new version of the solution imported as a holding solution. This operation deletes the base solution along with all of its patches and renames the holding solution to the same name as the base solution.

This operation is the synchronous version of the DeleteAndPromoteAsyncRequest class Because this is potentially a long-running operation, you should use the asynchronous version of this message or you can use this synchronous version with the ExecuteAsyncRequest class.
