Gets or sets the name of the tool.

The tool name.
Exceptions
The name of the tool cannot be changed after the corresponding ToolboxItem has been initialized.
Remarks
If the name of the tool is changed, an event is raised to indicate that the property value has been changed. The set operation is idempotent: if the assembly name is set to a value that it already has, there is no change.
