Describes the inequality relationship between two binary objects.

Parameters

The first binary object.
- binary2
- Binary
The second binary object.
Returns
true
if the binary objects are not equal; otherwise false
.
Remarks
Returns false
if both are null
, but returns true
if either is null
.
