Computes the sign of a value.

Parameters

- Decimal
The value whose sign is to be computed.
Returns
A positive value if d
is positive, Zero if d
is zero, and a negative value if d
is negative.

It is recommended that a function return 1
, 0
, and -1
, respectively.
