Performs a logical comparison of the two SequenceNumber parameters to determine whether the first is less than or equal to the second.

Parameters
The SequenceNumber on the left side of the operator.
The SequenceNumber on the right side of the operator.
Returns
true
if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance, otherwise, false
.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is CompareTo.
