Tests whether two specified IPPacketInformation instances are equivalent.

true
if packetInformation1
and packetInformation2
are equal; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
This operator tests both the Address and Interface values for both arguments.
The equivalent method for this operator is Equals(Object).
