Sets the cancellation handler to be called when the cancel of an operation is requested.

The reference to a function to be called.
Remarks
If the cancellation handler is called, the persistence provider should cancel all pending operations and throw OperationCanceledException from TryCommand to indicate that the persistence command was interrupted before it could be completed.
