This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Remarks
This method implements the SetApplicationPreloadUtil method of the IApplicationPreloadManager interface. The method creates an instance of the IApplicationPreloadUtil type, which calls into IIS 7.0 to get preloading information.
Note
This method applies only to applications that run on IIS 7.0.
