Parameters
- name
- String
A string containing the name of the URL parameter.
- value
- String
A string containing the value of the URL parameter.
Remarks
Both the name of the parameter and the URL value are encoded, and an equal sign (=) is inserted between them. Spaces in the name
or value
strings are encoded as plus signs (+), and equal signs (=) are encoded as %3d.
