When overridden, returns a Boolean evaluation of the current instance of PersonalizableAttribute and another PersonalizableAttribute instance supplied as a parameter.

Parameters

The PersonalizableAttribute to be compared to the current instance.
Returns
true
if the values are equal; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
Two PersonalizableAttribute instances are considered equal if their IsPersonalizable, Scope, and IsSensitive property settings are the same.
