A Boolean value that indicates whether the control is closed.

Remarks
A WebPart control that is closed is not rendered on the page and does not participate in page events. However, it is maintained in a page catalog by the Web Parts application, and can be added back to the page by users if the appropriate user interface (UI) is provided. For more information, see AllowClose.
