Determines whether the specified key is a regular input key or a special key that requires preprocessing.

One of the Keys values.
Returns
true
if the specified key is a regular input key; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
If the user is editing a tree node, the TreeView control treats keys such as ENTER, ESC, HOME, and END as input keys.
