Gets a value indicating whether the XmlTextReader implements the binary content read methods.

if the binary content read methods are implemented; otherwise false
. The XmlTextReader class always returns true
.

Starting with the .NET Framework 2.0, we recommend that you create XmlReader instances by using the XmlReader.Create method to take advantage of new functionality.
The binary content read methods include the ReadContentAsBase64, ReadContentAsBinHex, ReadElementContentAsBase64, and ReadElementContentAsBinHex methods.
