Customer specific (form)

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. Select the item you want to work with. On the Action Pane, on the Manage Inventory tab, in the Batch attributes group, click Customer specific.
Use this form to view and maintain batch attributes and batch attribute groups for batch-controlled items that are associated with specific customers. Before you can add a batch attribute item or batch attribute group to a customer, you must first add the batch attributes to the item and item group.

Item |
The unique identifier code for the specified item. |
Product name |
The product name for the item. |
Attribute code |
Select one of the following options to determine the value that you can then select in the Attribute relation field for the specified item:

Attribute relation |
Select the relationship that you want to attach to the batch attribute for the specified item. The options available for this field are determined by the selection you make in the Attribute code field. If you select Table in the Attribute code field, you can then select the specific attribute to add to the item. If you select Group in the Attribute code field, you can then select the batch attribute group to add to the item. Note This field is available only if you first select Table or Group in the Attribute code field. |
Account code |
Select one the following options to determine the value that you then can select in the Account selection field for the specified item:

Account selection |
Select the customer account for the specified account code. |
Minimum |
Enter the minimum numeric value for the specified attribute type. |
Maximum |
Enter the maximum numeric value for the specified attribute type. |
Tolerance action |
The action you should take when an Integer or Fraction attribute is outside the range defined in the Minimum and Maximum fields. The available tolerance actions are as follows:

Increment |
The increment that determines the attribute values that you can enter in the Minimum and Maximum fields. |
Target |
The target value for the specified attribute. |
